Hmm, So are you playing online? Is there a green symbol on the bottom left side of the screen? If you are in offline mode that's probably your problem. Or if the game server is down. Make sure in your options it says allow online interactions. If that's not the case, I have no idea.

I too have lost faith of atari caring about this game. I noticed the ORC now is just repeating old events on ps3. No more new races. Just recycled ones. That didn't last long.
