well this game is kinda weird.... the cpu usage is funky to say the least... my 4 core 8 threads usage is weird... cpu usage on average is 24% that's fine i guess... the threads usage is another story... 5-6 out of 8 will always be working... thread 8 will just sit there peaking at 0% usage and on 9...

to be completely honest i never trust those "optimization" programs... after seeing the picture i guess you have system mechanic yes? having a crash does not mean the performance is down.... performance goes down due other means.... hardware is the main factor.. i myself keep my pc 24/7......
