Me too, though we are under a NDA ;)

But really looking forward to testing out the new game.

Predownloading the closed alpha client now, this is going to be epic 8-)

You lucky ducks!

I just realized something though. Even if I do get selected for the beta, the code will be sent to an email that I can't remember the password for!

I won't be able to play the game at all until release. :(

I think it is a great thing to let more players test the Alpha version of the game. Remember that the game is only just functional. This is not a Beta test yet. Expect a lot of bugs and game freezes.

It will be interesting to see, how well the servers cope with the connectivity. Crew1 was really bad in that regard.

I do hope that there is at least some basic Wheel functionality. Only way to really judge the handling and physics of the game.

Downloading the Crew2 alpha takes over six hours by my 10Mbit Internet connection. Now I can also test is it possible to play the Crew2 from my PC. If not, I must buy some new parts next year.

If your PC can run Crew1 it will run Crew2 as well. Games are still developed with XB1 specs in mind.
And i found Crew2 running better than Crew1 on my current rig in previous tests.

HTPC; i5 6600K, 16G 3200, GTX1070, W10pro, etc.

So nothing fancy there and i can run everything at 1080p@60fps in Ultra mode.
New game engine is much better optimized.

:ugeek:

These new games are huge, thanks to the 4K optimized textures and bigger game worlds. I downloaded Assasins Creed and pre-loaded Crew2 alpha yesterday.
