Eneru is right, Project M even has a NTSC-J version.
My disc is also NTSC-J and I always loaded P:M on it.

I always thought you used a North American version to play this with me...

Just downloaded it, looking through the files, no new characters, but a few suspicious blank spaces for 4.0
