Has Atari given up?
It seems Atari has not only given up on TDU2 but on the company in general. The forums have been down all day and it seems that any support emails have gone unanswered even after 2 months. Could it be that Atari is dead but no one's announced it yet? Sure seems that way.
hard to say, though i doubt it since they still owe several million in debt to BlueBay who continues to extend their credit line while atari continues to lose money.........how surprising
heres the latest financial release dated Oct. 25 http://www.atari.com/sites/default/file ... 12_DEF.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Short answer yes, long answer forever yes
I feel bad that a company like Atari is failing so miserably. How did it come to be?
I just wish they would give some signal of life to the people who play tdu2

Maybe Atari are working so hard on tdu2 that they forgot to do the forums, the interesing thing is they went to the trouble of announcing tdu1 server shutdown, they didn't have to really, it hasn't had any updates for god knows how long astdu2 being the newer offering it's make sense for them to work on that so assuming they are working on tdu2 it means they are either cooking up a surprise of dlc and fixes to keep everyone happy and don't want to announce til its finished or they really have given up and are too ignorant and lazy to let the paying customers know.

I stopped reading after 10 words. Could you insert some dots, comma's and stuff ? Thanks..

Is there any news of any kind on what's happening. I am not a Facebook or Twitter user so I only use the Internet for info. I have seen nothing about what the issue is with Atari but I did not look real long. Probably cut experienced/well paid web guys to save a buck and kept the guys with degrees from schools found on matchbook covers who work for soup.
Any kind of info about Eden and if this is it with TDU2 in terms of DLC or any further patches?

Can't exactly blame them for this. When they released TDU2 they expected it to be bought by no one but the beta testers and the TDU faithful who didn't bother to partake in the beta. However, due to the fact that it was way more RPG style then TDU, a lot of RPG fans bought it. Since Atari was a small company [granted, they were a giant in the 80's and 90's] they couldn't keep up with demand, hence TDU2 going downhill. Now they seem to be shifting their focus 100% over to iOS games since it seems more profitable at the moment, however this will ultimately fail. What happens when something goes wrong with one of those iOS games and there is no support to come to and no forums to ask for help on? Then the consumer gets a bad image in their head about Atari and their products, and then they go bust. Hope you enjoyed my junior rant, Prepsi.
