Starting up front, Mansory installed a carbon fiber front spoiler and carbon fiber air intake surrounds. The model has also been equipped with carbon fiber side sills, body side graphics, and 20- / 21-inch lightweight alloy wheels with high-performance tires. Other notable highlights include an aggressive diffuser, a "dual rear spoiler," and lowering springs which reduce the ride height by 0.78 inches.
Moving on to the interior, drivers will find premium leather upholstery, carbon fiber trim, and yellow contrast stitching. Designers also installed special floor mats and revised switchgear with yellow accents.
Power is provided by a biturbo 3.9-liter V8 engine which has been equipped with an optimized ECU and a sports exhaust system. These changes sound relatively minor but they enable the model to produce 790 horsepower and 561 pound-feet of torque. This allows the 4XX SIRACUSA to accelerate from 0-62 miles per hour in 2.9 seconds before hitting a top speed of 211 mph.
