The R8 V8 doesn't have its engine lifted from the Gallardo, and it's slower, so it can compete with things like the Porsche 911 and Aston Martin V8 Vantage, whereas the V10 is fighting Gallardos and F430s

Because variety is always a good thing! I'd rather have a coupe veyron than a convertible because I believe it looks better, same reason I don't have the GranSport in TDU2.
