System PHP Upgrade

Today I will be upgrading the PHP on the server to the latest version PHP 5.4 (it is currently running on PHP 5.2)
As yet I don't know if all the software running in the background is compatible with the new version so if anyone notices anything that is not working as it should can they please let me know in this thread.
