Thanks for that Bez, it really make it easy to understand what's going on
lol, that only sums some benefits from an overpressurized system.
But for optimal airflow you need underpressure, as with overpressure the intake fans have to work harder to push air into the case. And the air stalls because of the pressure. It will also make the fans more noisy.
But there is an easy way to check which config works best for your system. Try an 'extreme' over- or underpressure setting and run a few benchmarks, then measure the temps and compare the differences.

Thanks, glad you like it
I use a combination of a set of 2x10cm blue coldcatodes and two 60 cm strings of Akasa vegas flex LED's (blue and red), and those give out an insane amount of light, really bright, lol i have to suppress them by putting tape on them - they are really high quality. To make them fit in my case i cut the LED strings to size and then re-soldered them, pretty easy to do - but really time consuming, good thing there where some foodball games on from the world-cup.
But i like the outcome, the plain blue i had before was alittle to boring imo., but in a combination with some small red highlights and the red light in the bottom, it looks pretty good
