Yes, and it's also eerie, dark, gothic and depressive sometimes. Perfect song for showing images and videos of some dark, creepy, old, gothic styled European city with foggy weather...
I can only say, you two are weird for liking it, but who am I to judge?
And it was used for that. Driv3r used this song in the intro showing Istanbul, it was really fit.

In my own favourite PS2 game, all because the free roam maps are Nice and Istanbul (and Miami, but I don't care about it).

I checked more of Okuniev's songs, they are kinda rare to find, and some of them have some weird recordings on the music.
