The Crew requires that a driver more recent than 14.6 is installed for Windows 7 and 8/8.1. Performance issues may arise when using inferior versions of the video driver (14.4 and below) on these operating systems.
Laptop correspondent models of the above desktop specifications, as well as newer CPU and Video Cards, may work but have not been exhaustively tested.

Nice to finally have the spec's for it, but lol i was never worried my main system (cpu/mb/ram) wasn't up for it, for me it was the graphics card that worried me the most, because of the stuttering in the pc beta.

Those minimum specs have dropped significantly. It can even run on a good old GTX260/HD4870. Those must be over 10years old now.
Shows how the game has been optimized further. Also good news for laptop users.
