Any word on the missing specs for cars?

We drive a raid F150 in the very start, plus a raid 69 Camaro. The Mini is missing for some plus it only has street even though its supposed to have more. Same for the Skyline and Focus.

and how about missing cars? I think there are maybe only 40 cars by car dealers, where is the rest? did anyone say something?

They are to be added over the next few months, they seem to be staggering content

Can be, but keep in mind that they need permission for every modification they make for those cars. Maybe some specs were not ready to go at launch yet.

Right now i'm enjoying myself with just 2 rides....

I would assume most of the hyper cars won't be capable of anything but Full stock and Perf and Circ, I really doubt Ferrari is giving them much room for changes. But there are definitely some car specs missing that should prob be there.
