I think this is unlikely to be true from the many articles I have read and videos I have watched it has always been stated that this game will be for next gen consoles and PC. This rumour stems from an article that was published before the game was announced
So wile I'm not dismissing it I still think it is very unlikely.

Well we will see, but if for current gen, maybe GTA5 isn't the last game I will ever buy then...
