Well there's a good chance firstly there're hints in the code about a pc version and PS4 version and secondly at my local gameshop you can pre-order the pc version allready although it isn't announced yet
I wondered why there wasn't a Steam pre-order going on.
I'll grab it when it is in a bargain bin somewhere now. As a token of my appreciation for their fail policy.

To late, it's my birthday on Saturday so I went out today and got it as a present "Happy Bithday to me" Installing now

GTA5 is really fun so far, I'm about 23% so far with a fair amount of screwing around. The golf alone is awesome, hard to believe it's a just a mini game, it's almost a game by itself, Tennis is also really fun. There are so many things to do. One thing I noticed is that there isn't a default parachute in most planes like San Andreas. I found this out the hard way. The car customization is pretty good too. The story is where the games really shines, I'm enjoying it more than any other GTA game in the past.
