Can someone give me an idiots guide as to how to use the in-built YouTube controls.

I don't know if I have the key bindings wrong of I am just thick but I can't seem to get the hang of using it to upload videos to utube, also what resolution dose it record at?
I do have Fraps and Bandicam but I would like to give this a go, that's if it's any good

From the looks of it, it records at 480p and has a native time limit of 30 sec. Maybe to save bandwidth

I don't use it myself as i use Fraps to record at 60fps and 1080p, cut and paste with Moviemaker, before i upload it to Youtube.
This in-game feature seems to be very cool though.

That explains why I can't get it to work, I was trying to get it to record the whole race
