In F1 terms, last years cars are already classics.
I agree about having solid physics, but I also think that those peripheral activities are really important for the progression of these games. Without those new things to do, each F1 game would be an exact copy of the last but with new cars. In fact, that's exactly how the Codie's F1 games were from 2010 to 2012. So I think it's actually pretty cool that they are trying to make their games less shallow and add replay value. And anyway, I heard the physics were pretty greatly improved for F1 2016.MadManCK wrote: ↑Fri Aug 04, 2017 11:14 amCareer mode expanded.
OK, this is what i think; They focus too much on peripheral things and not enough on the actual driving. It starts to become another manager game and targets engineering focused players, instead of drivers.
I prefer excellent handling and driving dynamics. The rest is just topping.
And from the looks of it, they focus too much on side dishes and presentation and leave the main course unattended.
I do hope i'm wrong about this.
