A new free expansion pack for Forza Horizon that gives you 2 new cars; RUF CTR2, and a 1956 Ford F100. Along with 2 new cars, you get 1000 'mini' challenges. Some challenges might be to "Jump a Range Rover over a Golf Course" or "Crush 10 benches in a Ford Raptor". This pack also comes with 250 Gamerscore worth of achievements.

Comes out April 16th. T10 hasn't released any information about it, but have been hinting at it by tweeting random pictures with the phrase "Are You In?". A quick Google search for 'Forza 1000 Club' will get you where you want!
