Yeah a surprise would be good, rarely a country that hasn't won a world cup gets to the semi finals (excludes Netherlands). Belgium, Colombia, Bosnia, Russia and Croatia are rocking this year, I think they have a chance.

To be fair though Spain was a surprise. If you blank out 2008-2012 then Spain had a horrible record, and really came out of nowhere recently (I say recently as in within the last 5 years)
