Yea, but this forum's already 2 years old and the Flag Counter was only installed on the second half of this year, we may have received some visits from the contries he mentioned before.

Yes, the Ivory devs are most definitely French. Some are members on this forum as well. There are more members from France, as some of my friends from TDU France have accounts here as well.
