Welcome to the third annual TDUDT prize giveaway.
As usual each year we give away something to show our appreciation to out loyal supporters and this year is no exception so here goes.
First prize winner will have a choice of one of these games on any platform indicated (Some games are not yet available and will be awarded on or before the day of release) The competition will be a draw and random numbers will be allocated to members wishing to take part based on the following format:
Every year you have been a member ----------------6 entries into the draw
Supporter ---------------------------------------10 entries into the draw
Every 1000 posts ----------------------------------5 entries into the draw
Members with 500 to 999 posts ---------------------4 entries into the draw
Members with 100 to 499 posts ----------------------3 entries into the draw
Members with 60 to 99 posts ------------------------1 entries into the draw

To enter leave one post ONE TIME in this thread and your random numbers will be allocated to your post ready for the draw.
(I am also considering a runners up draw but nothing confirmed yet )

Competition Rules

Please read the rules they are important.
By entering this draw you are agreeing to these rules.

The winner will receive his/her game in one of the following formats. (some of these formats are necessary for me to offer the games to as many country's as possible so please understand if some of them are not normal, however they are still legal)

Xbox One
NO KEY - You will receive Xbox One account for download, after download you can play with your normal old account

1. Press in centre of controller and “Add new” profile
2. Enter login & password (Email: password), BE SURE you checked “SAVE PASSWORD”
3. Move to: My games&Apps, press right – you will see the game you bought, press “Install”
4. After downloading disconnect LIVE and check if the game works
5. In Xbox settings select "Home Profile" for the account we sent you
6. That’s all, you can play now with your private account!

PS4
NO KEY - You will receive PlayStation 4 account for download, after download you can play with your normal old account

1. login to the received account
2. to activate the account set it to primary account
3. go to download list and download the game
4. after download log off and login to your own account
5. set your own account back to primary account
6. play the game on your own old account

(some platform games will also be direct downloads)

PC
All PC keys will either be downloaded from Steam or direct from the publishers website (may need additional download of Uplay, Steam or other downloader)

Bez, what if you have 1870+ post do you then get 5 entries and 4 additional entries for the remaining 500 to 999 posts ?

No, once you reach 1000 posts you fall into this category: "Every 1000 posts ----------------------------------5 entries into the draw "
The different post quotas do not stack, these are the only ones that are added after your post count.......
Every year you have been a member ----------------6 entries into the draw
Supporter ---------------------------------------10 entries into the draw

As a PSN user since 2008 I can say that this isn't correct. Removing an account from Primary immediately removes all game ownership that that account had, and asks you to either verify the purchasing account, or buy it on another one.

The only way to play a game that an account owns that isn't your primary is to be logged into that account whilst playing.

Sony did this mid 2014 because a lot of groups were buying 1 copy of a game, and then sharing it to many.

Only 1 person can be logged into an account at once too.

So that means you must have 2 controllers then, so that you can have the 2 PSN accounts logged in, don't you only need the account that owns the game to have your PS4 set as its primary PS4 so you can play the game whilst it's signed in in the background?

Yeah, there are ways around it but its a huge hassle, The best way would be to leave the account you get on primary and regularly 'Restore Licences' in PS4 settings on that account.

I know this isn't ideal and I have never tried it on the consoles but it must work ok as most of the key sites use this method and it is the only way I can get keys for most country's.

The only other way is to buy the game in the UK and ship it to the winner but not knowing the country the winner will be in yet could mean an expensive post.

I will see what country the winner is in and decide the best way to go then.
