Do you believe in UFOs?
generic forum member wrote: Why are you starting this s*** ?
This night 24th december 2013 22:17 . I was looking at the sky, very few stars like always, but some light was very eyecatching, it was way brighter than the other stars, I got to my room, I looked through the telescope, then I figured out it was not a single point of light, it was something like 10 points of light forming an hexagon shaped figure. I got a bit skeptical about it, 1 hour later I looked at the sky again, and it wasn't there anymore...I'm starting to think it was an UFO. :|

I know how the star's lights are I know when it's a star or a planet, there is a difference betwen the light that these two bodies emits(planets reflects light btw), I know how to distinguish them, yet the strange light didn't look like any of them :/

opinions?

You have to take in the fact that there are more Galaxies in the Universe than there are specs of sand on all the beaches on Earth combined. All those Galaxies have millions of Stars and those Stars have Planets orbiting around them. One of those Planets might support life, microbial or intelligent.

With that being said, yes I do believe there are other life forms out there in the Universe. However I'd have to agree with Stephen Hawking; "If aliens ever visit us, I think the outcome would be much as when Christopher Columbus first landed in America, which didn't turn out very well for the Native Americans."

Every test plane or aircraft is a UFO :woot:

Most sightings (99%) are from Satellites or orbital events. The other 1% remains a mystery.

If you take the Drake equation or a more modern version or interpretation of it in consideration, you might end up with a lot of places where life might be possible. It would be naive to think we are alone.
However you will need to be able to bend space time to get there.

And IMO if there is a highly intelligent species hanging around in our solar system or galaxy, they will think twice before encountering such an aggressive, selfish and irresponsible species like the human race. With the exception of the few enlightened beings.
Having said that they could also bring the necessary changes, needed to step up to the next level of evolution. But some say these elements are already there...
And various inventions like computerchips, velcron, fleece jackets, stealth and microwave ovens are a result of human/alien interactions. All we know is they originate from space development programs.

As soon as anti gravity or inertia dampening can be maintained and controlled, everything is possible.

Question remains, do we really need an Alien invasion?

Perhaps Hollywood has more answers to those questions. :loll:

I believe in government weapon/aircraft prototype tests that are done at night to avoid identification by the public, yes I do.

I believe there are countless intelligent species out there. I believe life thrives everywhere the conditions allow it.
I also believe the distances to be too vast for living creatures to traverse. the only way I can believe in interstellar travel is for a species to build an ark that can sustain life onboard for tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of years.
even if a species were able to build an ark, the chances of them finding the earth among the cosmos is so remote that it is a virtual impossibility.
belief in UFO's and alien visitation is nothing more than human imagination and paranoia at work.

UFO's, i think are just about all human made secret anti gravity/zero point nrg vehicles
as for "aliens" on the other hand imo they don't need vehicles anymore !!!
as a matter of fact the movie i posted in

Everything you can think off can and will be made, now or in the future.
Maybe some of those ships are visitors from the future who are monitoring our progress through the ages, who knows. :eeek:

But most UFO's are man made Aircrafts. There are enough secret development programs all around the World to justify that claim 8-)
