That sign is actually a line from an old comedy record, late 60's early 70's, Firesign Theater. It may be a real ad somewhere but in the record a guy is driving a car and the car is reading the signs as they go past, this was one of them.

Edit: Did not know they had this old record on YouTube, I actually own all of the early records. This was hippie radio comedy back in the day. At about 5:30 into the record you can hear the car announce the sign as it's going past. A link in case anyone wants to listen.
