This is a case study thread for what locations people would like to see in a tdu3, after 1 week the location most voted for will be sent to atari and ivory tower.

I remember awhile back on the old forums someone mentioned Tenerife as a great location for the next TDU. I'm inclined to agree.

Isle of Man is probably mentioned most as a real drivers island. It features one of the most notorious Bike races in the world and has no speed limits IRL. Also i think a new location should be in a different part of the World than Oahu and Ibiza.

Iceland (a scaled down version) would be a cool option as well.

Other preferred locations, in addition to the existing ones (keep Ibiza and Oahu !!) are a Caribbean (themed) island or a Japanese one.

PS The Eden games devs worked on Dubai, which is awesome as well. Corsica was considered but couldn't be fitted on one disc with Oahu (real story). There are countless exciting locations all over the world, but i prefer quality over quantity and rather have them develop a few locations really good. Maybe one additional location at release and one or two as DLC in the years to follow, to keep the game alive and interesting.

I know this one has been mentioned before but Hong Kong Island would make a good place for the next location

An all time favorite perhaps, New York, I understand its a city, but consider this, Manhattan is an island, Staten Island, Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx are all great locations, or perhaps even Miami and the Florida Keys.

New York would be awesome. There once was an interview with Nadal about upcoming projects and in the background was an image/render of Central Park. I always assumed it was a new location for TDU2. Unfortunately it was for a different project.

I don't know how easy NY is with licensing, but it could be very interesting.

But not just oahu, other islands have some cool features too

I would like to see at least three locations, of which one with left hand traffic to accomodate for our british friends.
My proposals are from the top of my head: Sardinia/Corsica, California and New Zealand. Does it have to be islands?

What about Fiji? Seems like a good location, I also like the idea of Madagascar but it may be too large for consideration.

But I'm happy with Ibiza and Oahu and the casino island right now. If they wanted to keep those but add more cars/ tuning options then that would be ok too.
