Lets hope this stuff is real, but we still need to be careful about info like this as Bossman Racer says in the video nothing is confirmed yet.
On another note, anyone know anything about Race Ward Studio https://racewardstudio.com/
They have recently started following TDU Drivetime on twitter.
They are also partnered with Nacon, BigBen and Kylotonn and guess what they make Racing games.

very interesting! I believe they are working on a sim-racing game (similar to Forza/GT/AC, etc) as I went over their IG and Twitter. BigBen acquired them late last year as they have an 'ambitious' project and BigBen had the vision. It would be crazy if they were teamed up with Kylotonn to help with TDU3 but I think they have their own game they are currently working on.Bez wrote: ↑Sun May 24, 2020 11:06 am Lets hope this stuff is real, but we still need to be careful about info like this as Bossman Racer says in the video nothing is confirmed yet.

During the development of The Crew, there were at least 7 different development teams and studios involved in finishing that game. So it might be more common than you think, involving various teams for different tasks during the development.
Optimizing for different platforms takes specialists for example, even if all games are developed on PC.
The limiting factor are usually the consoles. Additional options can be added to the PC versions, but parity during development for the different platforms is common practice.
Various teams can work on car modeling, physics, textures, damage models, sounds, game world, menus, controller and wheel support (FFB) and overall game play, QA and integration and so on. Not to forget marketing and branding or interacting with the community.
TDU3 will be a huge project and therefore takes more time than other games to develop.

yeah fair enough! I was referring to the acquisition press release as to what I think they are up to, but 100% you are right they could be working on TDU3 with them!MadManCK wrote: ↑Mon May 25, 2020 10:36 am During the development of The Crew, there were at least 7 different development teams and studios involved in finishing that game. In an interview on the 19th March they say this.
Interview: https://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/ ... h-covid-19
Now this could mean anything but they already mentioned MotoGP earlier in the interview so its not that project. The studio has the added advantage that its project does not have an imminent release date, and the company is part of the larger Nacon group, which is offering support in its own way.
