Yep, and it is depressing. Luckily everything is set up as I want it and I don't want to change anything, because I physically can't.

Anyway, i'm guessing the fast response was simpily due to less tickets, as more are giving up hope. However once the word goes out... more tickets will start, and we are right back to square 1 again :(
