If Atari picks up the pieces and continues to support TDU2 that could happen. Right now everybody is left in the dark, no feedback, no forum and no clue what is going to happen. Atari has a bad habit of sticking their heads in the sand. The Gunney wrote:
I knew that Lambo and BMW was not going to happen, though that might happen with other vehicles that they have the license Chrysler and Jeep could happen due to them having Dodge and the Hummer H1 and H2 again could happen same for Shelby and I don't know about Seleen because I don't know if it's an independent company or if partially owned Ford.
Releasing some DLC could be a relatively easy way to generate some revenues, as a lot of players will buy it. But if they keep waiting like they do, a lot will have moved on.
For me, more important than some new cars and bikes, is an upgrade of the driving dynamics, including physics fixes and proper working FFB.
Logical additions in licenses would be Maserati and Fiat as part of that group is already there. And a further extension of existing licenses would be no problem either. The real problem lies in the boardroom i suppose. Some strange choices have been made recently. And why abandon a successful franchise anyway ?
