I tried DSR with 2 monitors connected, but it only works on one over here. Maybe next drivers will have better support. I only use non beta drivers BTW.
The GTX780Ti i use, is probably capable of running GridAS at 150fps on 1080p and Ultra. So i won't see any performance difference with DSR enabled at a Vsynced 60fps on a single 1080p monitor, lol. But the image was noticable more stable.
But i'm tempted at a 4K monitor. Or a 3K super wide screen curved. For me a better solution than 3 monitors. Luxury probs, i guess
And i don't think these cards will be capable of rendering at 8K or 16K.
Funny thing is that you can buy 3x 970 or 2x 980 for the same money. Depending on the game, it seems to scale pretty well with multiple cards in SLI.
In supported games 3x970 will probably beat 2x 980.
PS I just checked the advised settings for Skyrim on the HTPC with GTX670 and it advises DSR at 2715x1527
All other advised settings are the same i already use. I wonder if using DSR on this card will cripple the game. But i will try it for sure.
I just played some Skyrim with all settings on Ultra and the ENB AA all enabled etc. DSR at 2x native and 33% smoothness and it rocks.
And this is with a simple GTX670 Mini.
