Are TDU2 Console Servers Still Up?

My internet is god awful so I can't check for myself at the moment. I'm sure if they are still up, they're deserted. I want a reunion rally, pronto. Like back in the day when I held the classic Jag and the Alfa MiTo road rally. That'd be pretty fun.
