PETITION remove platinum parts randomiser

removing the randomizer would remove any time needed to level up a car... but I agree that it should be more skill based, so I would rather increase the chance to get higher level of part with the score you get, so people who get platinum with luck would probably end up with L40, but WR would be 100% chance for L50, that would decrease the randomness, increase skill requirement and still require some time to level it up, because you can't get high score with bad car, you would need to increase it a bit and then start getting higher levels with better results... looks like ideal solution to me
