Probably around 400M. Unfortunately the greedy Casino Mob tops off 90% of your VIP wins and losses are also not counted towards your total, so that number might be a bit flattered.
What i did notice is that it is really hard now to get a Jackpot on some machines. I was lucky enough to hit it 5x, but with new profiles i only managed to win the car, nothing else.

Idk about the other platforms, but for xbox360, the main casino leaderboard is off by a factor of 10 (tested it). So, it says I won about 500m total so far, but in reality it is about 50m. I just checked that board the other day. Said somewhere around 950 million. That leaderboard is wack. Oh and I've waisted too many hours in that damn casino.
