Me and my friend discovered this one a long time ago when we were playin' Tony Hawk Underground for the GameCube. We laughed so damn hard when this started playin', our English wasn't anything near as good back at that time so we kept sayin' this was a song composed by bus drivers about their perfect imaginary places to take their buses for a cruise.
