The Gumball 3000 came to Amsterdam yesterday from Stockholm, Sweden and they stayed in a Hotel nearby. There are a lot of luxury and sports cars in this neighborhood, but the Gumball 3000 crowd always brings something special.
I have seen a Koenigsegg CCXR, Lamborghini LM002, Lamborghini Murcielago, Porsche 918, a whole lot of Ferraris, Bentleys, Mercedes etc.
I grabbed a camera and took some shots. No flash so they are a bit dark. I just came back from a restaurant and had a few beers. That can influence image quality as well.
But it was good to see all these special cars there. As a petrolhead, this is one of those events you just have to see. 2 million dollar cars that are actually used and not dusting away in some garage or museum.
Event is well organized with a lot off support staff and security crew. Gumballers are cool people. They even step aside to let you take pics.
