The database allows sharing and comparing of setups using an intuitive interface and you can even follow your favorite setup creator to never miss any of their next creations for your favorite car!

This might come in handy when you are totally lost setting up your car.
The base setups are very driveable, so pCars has already done a much better job than other "sim" racers on that part.
Setting up a car should be a matter of fine tuning the factory setup that is provided. Not letting you completely in the dark, like in Assetto Corsa.
Maybe i will try a few setups from that site in the future. But setting up a car to suit your driving style is also a matter of experience and can be worthless to others.
