They use this tuning hack i think. I noticed it in a video description. It can only upgrade cars to max so they suck at driving anyway haha.

Or they buy lame hacks off this sethioz kid who illegaly makes money out of the hacks.

What idiot buys that crap anyway? boggles my mind haha
