It's all interesting stuff but i don't think VR has taken off as well as the industry was hoping. :(

I think it is a bit like 3D TV's everyone thought they would be good and we all know what happened to them. :mrgreen:

You won't see me humping around with a pair of ski goggles on my face. :mrgreen:
However, those new hight tech lightweight MR glasses will be the way to go.
Especially now RTX cards can create objects with ray tracing, augmented reality can become undistinguishable from reality. :ugeek:

That might also be a downside. If you can not determine what is real or not :think:
But that seems to be a common thing these days, especially with our leaders :teasing-nutkick:

With the MR glasses maturing, you can only imagine the professional applications for medial use, builders and designers or even new types of sports and entertainment.
