It's like some pads or wheels do not work and you have to improvise a bit, but even I can play with Logitech G 27. I still have to make some compromises, because not all functions
can be done with the buttons on the steering wheel but that was not different in the old days.

But it is something very important that you must necessarily do.
If you started the game you have to manually change the "Game Launcher"
in the Task Manager quit otherwise you have a lot of game crashes.
There are also 2 servers that you can choose.
The Apex server is more popular and has more players but a worse ping than
the World (PL) server.
the World (PL) server works very well for me, has a good ping but you have to drive longer to get up in the level.
Everyone has to decide that for themselves but my favorite is the World (PL) server.
The game is completely free but you can give the crew a donation if you want, which I would recommend because the work a lot on the game and server cost money. All racetracks are free and can be used by all car classes. Many previously blocked routes are also available again. The best thing is you can earn all the vehicles without the use of real money.
Unfortunately, I have to mention that it does not yet work in private mode and can only be played with 2 drivers in multiplayer. but the single player is already working perfectly
The soap team is tiny and you have to have a little bit of patience to get that under control
