No there are still a few left however I must say that it is a serious problem ... Well and now that Atari is no more or at least in a re-organisation and has no time (imho) to do anything about it it's heaven for the hackers, cheaters, etc.

Just came across a guy with neon red skin in a racing lobby. He whipped out a blue Gumpert Apollo and went on his merry way. He is non-conplient.

I was at the casino and saw some ppl in blue skin and pink skin one guy in blue skin was named supermod something lol. And just tonight i saw a french guy riding around in a hot rod. And i might be wrong but isn't the hot rod only in the pc version? Theres been alot of modding happening on the ps3 version. How are they doing it?
Hot Rod, Nismo etc. are in all versions.
