Depending on the subject you can get an automated response as they are very understaffed ATM.
Server maintenance has been done recently so somebody reboots them once in a while.

The reasons the status can be green and you still cant get in, is because there are multiple servers involved. CRC, Casino, player servers and general game servers.
So sometimes status is green and you can not enter the CRC for example.
Same goes for Red status. It can show Red, but you can still drive around with friends.

Probably does not make much sense, but so doesn't Atari, lol :mrgreen:

In order to have them reboot the servers, support tickets have to be sent. Because if someone is watching and only sees green, nothing happens.
I will send a ticket.
EDIT: Ticket has been sent

If anybody is awake, it should be fixed within 48hrs or so. But in the past it sometimes took longer. So be patient and keep trying.

I remember one time on the Xbox version, the clocks were frozen for a period of time. One afternoon, my good friend eaustinn36 decided to send in one of the support tickets, and literally half an hour later, the clocks were fixed! So clearly someone is still there, they just need a good kick in the pants every once in a while! By the way, welcome to the forums, Mr. Trailblazer!

ATM Server Status states Green, but the game servers are offline.

Must be Weekend.... :angry-tappingfoot:

Thanks, but you better thank the last of the Atari Mohicans that reboots the server when they are out of Ayahuasca.
