Can't you just hop over the border to Germany / France or something and buy it there?

With the new trading agreement between US and EU i can even order in from the States, without having to pay additional taxes as before. That can become interesting for consumer electronics like the Xbox ONE, as there will only be a global version. And normally the exchange rate is 1$=1€ in pricing, making products in the EU an unnecessary 30% more expensive.

I already heard that some American vendors will ship directly to EU customers. It will put an end to the greedy EU wholesale tactics.

But if you are planning to order one, maybe it is best to wait for batch 2 anyway as maybe the first improvements over the release version will be implemented than already.

Well I'm in doubt yes I could buy it in Germany ... however if I do that I probably won't get a day one and there's a slight issue with the warranty if needed. I probably wait I get me also a PS4 so I will enjoy myself with that. Btw i am also not quite certain if I want a xbox One period after all the thing MS did in the last couple of months so I let it sink in till next year and decide then.

£300+ just for FH2? God sake, that's more than I spent and I got it for both consoles and the VIP and Season Pass.
