This game and The Crew (and maybe Brothers In Arms Savage Seven if it ever gets announced) would be the only reasons I would ever consider getting a next-gen console. Hopefully they will continue to improve the physics; the game doesn't seem to be at SimBin's level yet. Have you guys seen the gameplay for their new DTM Experience game?

I'd advise going pc this time around and if you have the money later then buy a nextgen console
I already have a pc tho so i can focus on an xbox one

Project CARS: Recent Developments into 2014

We haven’t really taken a look at Project CARS in quite a while, so I decided to take a look at what has been in development as PCARS races towards Gold in the Fall of this year.

First off, Slightly Mad Studios has released the official track list for the initial release and DLC. The initial release will feature 34 circuits and 71 variations, which is quite a staggering amount! Oval and Historic circuits will come as DLC post-release.



A multitude of notable cars are in development, such as the Lotus 72D, as driven in the 1971 Formula One World Championship. The Sauber C9, winner of the 1989 24 Hours of Le Mans, is also in development. Some other cars coming to PCARS are the Mercedes 2012 AMG C-Class DTM racecar, Ginetta G4 Junior, and the Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster.

Andy Tudor has been making headway at revamping the User Interface, creating a simple yet effective style.



One thing the developers have also put in the pipeline are dynamic pit crew animations, custom tailoring the crew to each car to create as realistic an experience as possible.

Oli Webb has also signed on to provide his voice for Project CARS’ “Pit-2-Car” system, serving as a mentor as you progress in your racing career.

Project CARS is set to release Fall of this year, and will provide a lot of content for anyone into racing!

I was actually thinking the exact same thing. Zandvoort doesn't get the attention it deserves. But other than that, the track list and the DLC sound absolutely amazing! That's where Forza was lacking heavily; it quickly begins to feel like you're repeating the same tracks over and over. This game will feel fresh and exciting every time you start it up!

Iracing has laser scanned version of this track you feel every bump it has to offer great fun has five versions so you never know maybe Project cars will follow to

that 1440p looks good. it has good graphics, still a racing game.

because The Crew is next gen, its my guess the graphics will be just as good.

I just wish Slightly Mad Studios would be a little more transparent about which cars will be making an appearance in their game! They posted the photo below of the Tyrrell P34 almost two years ago, and it seems like no progress has been made, and no mention of it has been divulged. I would so desperately love to drive this car though!
