I always think that the Crew Credits are only available with real money...and it's seems not!
First, i see Ubi-Natchai wrote on other forum; ''only thing I can tell you about that right now is that you get 100.000 CC's at level 10, so... there's that. ''
And now i see a hint before a mission;'' The higher your rank in the faction leaderboard, the more crew credits you earn.''

IMO, this hint is outdated, cause game manual say only about bucks.And now i see a hint before a mission;'' The higher your rank in the faction leaderboard, the more crew credits you earn.''

Anyway, problems with unlocking all perks versus not buying microtransaction seems solved for me!
