Car engine dies at idle, restarts with acceleration.

Regardless of the car that I am driving, the engine dies at idle and I get the restarting engine sound when I press the accelerator.

Is this normal or is there a fix for it? It is very disconcerting and I feel that I must keep constant pressure on the clutch and accelerator to keep the engine running when I stop for any reason, lol.

Course this does remind me of a 1975 Dodge Dart that I used to own...had a bad voltage regulator

It just works this way when driving manual and clutch.

A bit strange, just like there is no start/stop button.

One of the things that has been forwarded to the devs but was never fixed.

Thanks for the information MadMan, that is a bummer though. The start/stop feeling is very annoying.

The clutch just makes any game more challenging and therefore more fun
