The Nokia Lumia 1020
I dunno, I've used a windows phone for about 2 1/2 years now, and I still like it. People whine about the amount of "apps" but that's just BS, the few applications that I use are available for windows phone, it's not like I have phone in hand 24/7 like the kids do, all I need is a phone that does what I want it to, little as that is. I wouldn't have any probs getting the Nokia, specially as it's Finn, but I don't really need a fancy camera phone, I use a dslr when I want to shoot pictures.

They will even complain when there are 1M apps, but no free ones.
Fact remains, M$ has some overtaking to do, when it comes to apps. The Nokia guy complaining this week surprised me a bit, as M$ helped to avoid that company from going down.
As long as the good and popular apps are available, it doesn't make much of a difference. But music is a big thing on Phones. I never liked mediaplayer for it in Windows, so i'm not surprised about the windows phone not meeting standards.
Maybe you can put XBMC on it. That program rocks.
Both Apple and Android are leaps ahead when it comes to support and play music. Never underestimate Microsoft. They will catch up. But i do not think they will dominate that market, like they do on PC.

Will you take photos with your phone or phone calls with your camera? That's the question.
I like the Samsung one. But they dumbed down other stuff. Like the screen is not full HD and only a dual core (should be good enough) where the S4 has a quad core.
It will be capable of making excellent pictures. I don't like phones to be too thin anyway. Maybe good in your pocket, but bad in the hands.
If they make one with a Full HD screen (what use is that anyway on a 4" surface ) i will consider buying it.

Why I'm considering one of these phones is because I'm a bit of an amateur photographer, I have a Nikon D80 SLR and love going out(when I get the time )and taking photos. The problem is a DSLR is quite a big bit of kit and its not always practical to take everywhere I go so I thought I've always got my phone with me why not combine the two The I will only need to take the DSLR out on special occasions.
engadget gave it horrible reviews and said image quality sucked.MadManCK wrote:Saw that one. Looks pretty cool IMO.snake250 wrote:
