If a game gets overhyped like this, it will be hard to live up to the expectations. :twocents-02cents:

On the other hand they have themselves to blame. :snooty:
And for the record, i like the visuals. Especially with RTX cards. So you will need one of those to get all the cool eye candy. And that might have been the real target all along. To sell the new RTX cards, that are all in back order, as there are not enough, creating an artificial bump in price....

I will get it, eventually. Forgot to reactivate my card and am now on online spending lockdown

Why I never pre-order a game and usually wait months before buying. One reviewer made a comment that anyone playing 6 months from now will wonder what all the fuss was about. Too busy with other games anyway.

According to some articles, Sony has decided to remove Cyberpunk77 from ist Play Store and refund to all who want it. :eeek:
That is seriously bad. Are there really that many bugs? Or are players not impressed with the lower PS4/XB1 visuals, as most videos have been shot with PC RTX version and the new PS5 etc.

It's particularly bad on last gen consoles. Textures don't properly load, quest npcs would randomly disappear preventing you from progressing the game, clipping through the world, among other numerous bugs. :snooty:

I have seen AAA game releases with much worse bugs over the last few years so this is nothing new these days.

However i do think this game should not of been released on last gen consoles as the poor performance and bugs are making the game unplayable, i guess greed got the better of CDPR and now they are paying the price.

Cyberpunk 2077 is still this weeks top selling game on Steam and surprisingly The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition is at number 9 in this weeks top selling games, not bad for a game that is 5 years old. :o

So I think CDPR can afford it

This^

Most hardcore gamers will either play on a beefed up game PC or the next gen of consoles. It can also boost sales of the new consoles if the AAA titles are only released for those.

Move forward, learn from the past and never look back. :twocents-02cents:
