I'm running it fine on Windows 10. Also note that you must have V-sync on to prevent any game engine issues, like problems while shifting in manual transmission mode.

For RAM I would recommend 4GB. My old pc run TDU 1 and 2 fine with that. I couldn't remmember the graphic card that I use.
