Hi, newbie question

Sorry if this has already been answered, i have had a look and cant find an answer.

I have downloaded the update, purchase a ducatti, but it still says unavailable in the ducatti shop.

Any advice please, same thing with the F40.

What platform are you on?

ATM the Atari Forum and most servers are down. The Game servers are up and running, but you will probably have to wait before servers are back up to contacxt Atari CS about this.

If you have previously unlocked other DLC, is that still available to you?

I'm on PS3, i'm not sure about other DLC's can you give me an example please?

It allowed me to purchase the bike in the ps store and the bike is visible in the shop in the game, just says content unavailable for download?

Did you download them after you purchased them from the PS store?

yes, purchased them, then they downloaded on the ps store but then when i try to buy them in the game it doesn't let me.

It says there is no offer available and then when you select download content it won't do it.

Have you tried re-downloading them? That would be my first piece of advice. When you start the game, does a message pop up at the start menu? I had a message pop up and ask me about the DLC. I can't remember particularly what it said, but you have to accept it.

Hi again, still no joy downloading the bikes or new cars.

I have paid for the £0.79 and downloaded them on the PS store.

I then go into the bike shop on the game and go to the bike.

Top left of screen says "no offer availble from Playstation network"

Hover over the bike and it says "download content", "get on bike", "compare" etc etc

If I click on "download content" it comes up with a message saying "unavailable to download"

Is all of the above due to the servers being down?

Really frustrating!!!

Something similar happened to me. Except, it got fixed by the patch.

Hmm, So are you playing online? Is there a green symbol on the bottom left side of the screen? If you are in offline mode that's probably your problem. Or if the game server is down. Make sure in your options it says allow online interactions. If that's not the case, I have no idea.
