It's an interesting project and i hope it comes off but i think the prices they are asking for on patron are a little steep especially as it is monthly.

I know from first hand servers aren't cheap to run but the top tier is £25 a month.

I did not want to mention it previously, as the initiative is awesome, but the word rip-off comes to mind.

Even iRacing is about 10$ per month and worth it, as it supports a whole community and leagues.
The complete TDu2 game can be bought for 30$. Or less in sales.

The TDU1 community is the better option.

You don't need to use the patron to get access to the game! It is just if you wan to help support the team and donate. I should also mention that the online mod also requires the user to make a fresh new TDU account!

Will be nice if they can get this fully working again, i did think about putting my name forward for the testing when i had the chance but i am just too busy at the moment with a few web design projects but i will definitely check it out once it is up and running.

THe big test will be when they open up the servers and see what happens when you get more people online.
