Seen this the other day looks cool but pricey.

Can it really run those top end games?

That steam link actually works just fine. Only issue they had was NVidia Shield, that can do the same and much more.

But they do have a crappy record when it comes to their hardware. Especially the follow up.
Why waste all that R&D money?

I think it uses a similar streaming tech to play the heavy games. A good hand held can be awesome.
