I just read this thread and I can confirm I met this demented fool as well. it happened a couple of months ago or so. I was cruising with a couple of friends and suddenly he appeared and started ramming everybody, obviously triggering all sorts of insults. My friends vanished, and then I had a CTD. when I logged back he just asked how I liked having my game crash. At that point I just ignored him and teleported somewhere else. Then I noticed he's a top list ORC/CRC cheater. What a sad loser he is.
