You can download the benchmark for free and run the basic version to see how your rig performs.

Mine did just under 30K without optimizing. More than enough to run most racing games fluently.

P20269 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost(1x) and Intel Core i5-3350P
I think it's good enough to run Star Citizen, I hope.
It's really expensive to upgrade my PC any further, this will have to do for 2 years.

Finally got around to testing my PC, P23548 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460(2x) and Intel Core i7-950 Processor
Graphics Score25196
CPU Score19687
Not bad but I think I need to upgrade my graphics cards.

I just tested my system after i did the upgrade to Intel and scored P29081, Mad's system is just that little bit better, lol it must be the extra 8 gigs of ram
Hmm time to OC the cpu to 4 ghz
Grafic score = 32751 and CPU score = 21765
http://www.3dmark.com/3dmv/5044752" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
But now i have a system that'll be good for the next 2-3 years
_____
Intel Core I5 4670 K, Asus ROG Maximus Ranger VII mobo, XFX HD 7950 3 gb and 8 gigs of ram

Yup just spent about 400 € on my system upgrades, was it worth it ... heck yeah!dpuff wrote:It's really expensive to upgrade my PC any further, this will have to do for 2 years.
Graphics Score
30333
CPU Score
27271
So the 7950 has a 10% better score than my GTX660Ti...hmm
My CPU score is a bit higher because i run it at 4.2GHZ instead of the stock 3.5GHZ.
If you use the ASUS overclock profiles and take one that can run your system steady without pushing it too hard, your score will fly by mine.
Any score above 20K total should be enough to run all modern games smoothly. And with the limits set due to the new consoles, you won't have to worry about upgrading soon®
Only if you want to go tri-screen and you need a SLI/CF configuration, that will be the big investment.
I don't have place for tri-screen now anyway. I do like it, but it is no must have for me now. Definitely something i will look into in the future. But now i'm more interested in going 4K. That will be the next big step. A GTX780 is a nice upgrade to get there

Hey guys, i just OC'ed my CPU to 4.2 ghz, which seems to have made my system grab another gear
Score before OC of the CPU = P29081
http://www.3dmark.com/3dmv/5044752
Grafic = 32751 and CPU = 21765
Score after OC of the CPU = P30020
http://www.3dmark.com/3dmv/5045109
Grafic = 33412 and CPU = 23012
So by overclocking the CPU i got another 1000 points out my system and hit the 30 k mark

Nice boost
I'm still waiting for the PC specs to be announced for The Crew before I decide on the GFX card I go for but as the game optimisation is one of the last things they do before announcing the PC specs I guess it will be a wile yet (one thing for sure when they do announce the PC requirements we will know the game is done all but the final tweaking)

Thanks, was pretty surprised by the impact of OC'ing the CPUBezrider wrote:Nice boost

Why wait for the reason of the knowing the spec's of The Crew, when you already can see what the requirements of the next gen games are like?
I think the Nvidia GTX 770 is a safe buy .. but by holding out you might also save a few pounds .. if you can wait that long
